[Also first assisted in highly contentious, long term, family law and custody matters, performing research, pleading drafting, discovery, and attending depositions and hearings.]

Business Director - Institute of Reconstructive Surgery (1/93-4/97)

Beverly Hills, CA. Responsible for coordinating construction and build out of fully accredited surgery center in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Negotiated the acquisition of all medical equipment and surgical supply contracts. Responsible for hiring all medical and administrative staff. Assembled marketing plan and co-produced television advertising spots and local news and medical segments. Drafted all corporate compliance and legal documents.
